1. Agreement to Terms

By participating in the State of Analysis Practice (SOAP) 2025 survey, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the survey.

2. Survey Participation

• Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary
• You must be 18 years or older to participate
• You agree to provide truthful and accurate responses to the best of your knowledge
• You understand that you can abandon the survey at any time before submission

3. Intellectual Property

• The survey content, including questions and format, remains the intellectual property of SOAP.2025
• The aggregated results will be made publicly available under an open source licence
• You grant us permission to use your anonymised responses as part of our research and publications

4. Data Usage

• Your responses will contribute to research about business analysis practices
• We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Anonymised data may be shared with third parties for research purposes
• You retain the right to request removal of your identifiable data from our records

5. Liability

• We provide no warranty regarding the survey or its results
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on the survey results
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of aggregated results or third-party interpretations

6. Communication
